I don't have any prior knowledge of exercise or dieting because of which I had very less confidence in starting a weight loss regimen. Dr. Sruthi, my fitness coach, developed a diet chart and workout plan based on my daily schedule. She was very much approachable. Her assistance helped me gain more confidence and encouraged me through the weight loss regimen. Within five weeks, I managed to reduce nearly 5 kg.
