Since last 2 orders, i am facing mixability issues with big lumps. Raised issue on support but they do not respond. We should refrain from such brands.

I have ordered Raw whey protein. There was smell of washing detergent powder and also it was tasted like the same. I had to go there physical address and their response was like they are not responsible for opened packet. They also tried one scoop of protien and felt the bad taste. I don't know if there is same thing happened with any other buyer or not but I had very bad experience with this product.
It's really poor quality product...That's why they have not provided the return and refund policy. They know if someone purchased once next time never ever choose their products... All products are old. Manufactured date of all products are old. I ordered 1st time. Very dissappointed with this. Dont know what to do. This is how u save money? This is how u provide customer service and products to customer?? Still I have not started to use products. Disappointed because I don't have time to deal with all this. One thing about nutrabox, I got these products on time. But now, I have to think about using the products because of manufacturing date and old stuff.
Dr. Dipti Jain is truly a gem. I have some major issues for which she guide me to my best. Never a dull moment with her. She listens very calmly, explains things in a manner that we understand. I blindly trust on her.
