I am attending online, very good classes.Teacher is able to give individual attention to everyone. She is quick to understand your strengths and limitations and always try to push your limits! Meditation sessions are a bliss!!

I joined a month back with Suleena Teacher and i am really grateful and have no regrets on having taken the decision to have joined the Yoga .Currently i am doing it online with her. She is punctual and give us lessons and imparts her knowledge on patanjali yoga. She makes us realise that it's just not about weight loss alone. She pushes us to try and execute the asanas under her watchful eye and her methods and ways of teaching are truly exceptional. I am enjoying the experience.
