A beautiful Temple built by hoysala temples. The stone carvings are of typical hoysala architecture. There is on ASI guard at the temple. Also one poojari there to do daily poojas. Inside the temple photography not allowed. At external side we can take photos and videos. Nearby there are several other small and medium hoysala temples. Locals can guide us for those places.

The temple is currently undergoing renovation. If you have a Pooja/offering, the main temple will be opened for you. Nonetheless, you can still visit and spend a good time observing this Hoysala architecture, taking a journey back in history. There is ample parking space available.

It's looked a very old temple with few visitors. I visited over a weekend, and the temple was not crowded at all. You will find that this temple is a protected site and many instances that the temple was attacked in past. I am assuming by invaders.

Beautiful ancient shri lakshmi Narasimha swamy temple currently under renovation and restoration of the temple. It's beautiful and very easily accessible to Bengaluru Hassan highway and very approachable decent road connectivity.

Visited on weekend ( 3/6/23). Beautiful hoysala architecture temple. Though the Garbhagudi is closed for some renovation work, one can witness the beautiful carvings of this times.

13th century Temple dedicated to Shri Lakshmi Narasimha (Lakshmi Narayan) Though the Garbha Griha is closed for renovations still the outside murties erected on Temple wall are amazing , All the Avatars of Shri Vishnu and Krishna leela are crafted beautifully Also can be seen Shri Ram, Shri Lakshmi Shri Durga and Shri Ganesh there No very far from Bangalore Must visit to see the marvel created by Hoysalas. Unfortunately most of these murties are hammered by whom you can guess.

Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Temple Nuggehalli is one of the architectural beauty of Hoysala Architecture. Carvings at its best. Very less known temple and very less visited monumental beauty. A must visit temple. The carvings are from sand stone and three dimensional. The roof top carvings are amazing wonder. One cannot imagine how 1000 years ago the architect is able carve so intricate and perfect.
