Nueva Bar & Dining - South American restaurant in Gurugram - New Delhi, India

This place has nice ambience. Food is also delicious, we ordered cold pizza, cheese platter and some drinks. We personally didn't like cheese platter that much but cold pizza was sumptuous. The staffs were so cooperative. Bar is nice and offers good drinks. We really loved the sitting arrangements and interior. They also have upstairs sitting arrangements. Overall good place with good ambience, one can opt for this place.

Lovely food and premium ambience. Staff is attentive and polite. We ordered filo pizza with vegetables, good portion size and really crispy crust. We also ordered truffle tofu with sticky rice and vegetabkes, quantity was disappointing for this but flavour was amazing. And finally ordered dessert: parched. It had hints of Brazilian dark chocolate with rich chocolate mousse and cinnamon crisps. The total bill was 1700. If you found this review helpful please like it.

Not many places with a south American menu, and Nueva has a diverse one at that. Great place to try new things... The scallop ceviche, pork char Sui and Andean mountain dreams dessert were great, but the real start was the freshly baked bread they served.

The place is a two floor seating inside a Mall. The cuisine served is very sporadic geographically. From Oriental to Peruvian, you will have a large and confusing menu to order from. The interiors are very nice. The Ground floor is very club like place with loud music whereas the first floor is a dining area. The look and feel of the place is very up market. 3.5/5 The servers are very courteous. Everyone is very attentive. Whoever is in charge of this, I want you to take a bow. No matter what, the place is definitely lit up by your hard work. 4.5/5 Now, the food. The food was little disappointing. I ordered Dimsums which were very nice. But that's about it, everything else was a disappointment more or less. Bao weren't upto the mark. Beer were out of stock except a few. They can definitely work on this front. 2.5/5 One time visit. Though, for few selected dishes and warm staff, I might as well drop by again.

So I'd been waiting for the chance to visit this place since ages. I'd heard such awesome reviews that I'd immediately designated this as the next 'family date' place. So now, since I've visited this place, I'm not sure what's the big deal about it? If you're reading my review for suggestions, I would suggest you give this place a miss and go visit some other restaurant. My disappointment began from the moment I entered. Service: the manager tried seating me and my family at the dingy coffee table at the entrance, for dinner! We asked for a better table and we were told they would check if there was any available. Did I tell you I'd booked a table well before turning up for dinner? Yep. They still tried giving me the shabby coffee table. Finally, I was told there was a table on the first floor. When I entered, I was surprised to find only two other tables occupied - there was more than enough space for me and my family. I've no clue why they were trying to be miserly with tables? The menus are handed to us, and unfortunately, though they try their best to have a 'fancy' menu, it falls well below expectations because the servers disappear after handing it to you - you've to specially.. And repeatedly ask for the menu items to be explained. Maybe it's because I'm the hotelier background, but I like every aspect of my meal to be explained. Food: We chose two chef's tasting menus and one a la carte dish (So I didn't use my Zomato gold here). The a la carte meatballs were ok, but extremely spicy. The chef's tasting menu items were frankly, nothing to write home about. It consisted of a luke warm soup, oily chicken(N.V)/mushrooms (V) in a green pesto type sauce, utterly bland, khichri type risotto(V) and chicken in lemon butter sauce (N.V). The only thing decent was the chicken in lemon butter sauce, but because of the oily chicken I'd already eaten, I couldn't eat much of it :( The desert was another disappointment - neither the menu nor the server told us that the dessert would come loaded with copious amounts of cinnamon. My mother hates it. So she came back home and had her meetha-after-dinner. Ambiance: Nueva looks like it was an up market place once upon a time. Now, it just looks shabby. The only thing good about the entire experience was the pretty food presentation. TL;DR Service - Irresponsible and poor Food - Below par Ambiance - Shabby and not chic Do I recommend it? No. Visit the restaurant just adjacent to this place. It looks like a better bet.

Mind blowing food and ambience. Delhi now have its own international cuisine with foods that makes you think are you really in India. I think places like these changes the whole idea of food industry from conventional food at really affordable price. Loved it.

It's a nice place to eat. I love this place. Every food they serve is very delicious . Internal design and work is awesome . I love the food in here. I wish I could see virat kohili . I will come here again .

The rating is for Dhasoo which is what they are calling the lower floor of the Nueva restaurant. We happened there by chance and glad that we decided to try as the food (fusion)and service was excellent. We had the laalmaas bunny chow and even if, like me, you prefer less spicy food, do not miss having a few bites (keep water carafe at hand)....yes, it was that scrumptious! Also very good was the koliwada fish and stuffed chicken breast.Top it with their icecream...guava and coffee were excellent and if you have a sweeter tooth than me, I'm sure you will relish the boondi ladoo icecream!
