Good service, affordable price , very efficient doctors .....must go clinic to avail finest treatment.

One of the wrost diagnost centre I have ever seen. Pls don't go there. Very very poor management for patient and received very bad behaviour from their floor staffs. This is not acceptable since we are paying high price for diagnosis.

First of all the clinic deserve 0 or minus to the power infinite star rating. I recently done some test here. Specially gone for PFT (Pulmonary function testing) test and some others also. They have two clinic divided. One is here one is in madhyamgram near chowmatha. Some are done here some done there which is totally messed up. Then came the part of technicians. Worthless humans are working here. Illitarate technician, probably got the job with fake certificate. They have no knowledge or so how to do PFT test. They have no sympathy for patient at all. Worst clinic in my opinion. Management need to really see this matter or else they will loose this clinic business in coming years. PFT test is done in 1 hour, which actually take 5-10 min if done right. Also dont see all the good or positive reviews. Probably they are all fake too. Last came to the part where patient gone for test report. 2 days after when I came to got my test report on the time they told me, I have to sit there hours before they get the report from other branch of the clinic. they have no value of patient's time or anyone else's time in life. Never going to use this clinic for future for sure. Please avoid this clinic even some test are cheaper here than other clinic.

This is a decent diagnostic centre. The location is exactly beside Madhyamgram Rail Station. From the platforms, you can see the centre. The centre is well maintained and clean. Proper sitting arrangement is available here. The clinic is very very clean. I visited here for my dental X-Ray. It delivers within half an hour. Here you can do ultrasonography, Digital X-Ray, ECG, EEG, PFT, TMT, endoscopy etc. One thing I'm extremely disappointed that they use mobile and continuously talk on mobile at the time of testing. These are so unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Good service... Trustable Organisation..

The doctor is the best. But other staff were not good.. they have some personal issues that way they suggest you do more unauthorised tests or more waiting for OPD

Rate of investigations are reasonable. Very clean, sitting arrangements perfect. Maintaining Covid protocols . Report despatch time perfect. All the stuff are very polite. It's beside of Madhyamgram Railway Station. Easy location. I suggest my friends to come here for treatment. Thanks.
