I had sever knee pain and had to wear hinge belt on the knee. Had a lot of swelling on knees and thighs.After taking potli massage the pain practically was gone and the swelling was not there. Then I took Udvartanam and Kashaya basti and that reduced my fats and I could fit into my old clothes. Also basti reduced my pitta.

They did Abhyagam but charged for Swedish, Swedish is for 1 hour but didn't even lasted 45 mins, after massaging at this centre my muscles were more stressful instead of relax

I had my therapy (oil massage) today at Chembur branch. The therapists Sanjay and Mukund were good. On counter, Noor and Seema were also good. Real diamond experience was with Noor who has been very helpful. She helped me today by giving suitable instructions to Sanjay and Mukund for my neck and shoulder pain treatment. Thank You Noor.
