NTPC-Simhadri sea water pump BEACH - Public beach in Devada, Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

One of the favourite place to hangout with! I prefer this beach compared to other beaches in vizag due to less crowd and fresh air. This place is wedding photographers favourite one too. There's the sea water pump extended on to the shore for about 1km. And the pillars below gives an awesome view which attracts many people. For me it's the boat and serenity of this unique place!!!

The NTPC Simhadri beach is undoubtedly a great place if you're looking to capture stunning photos. The scenery is beautiful, with a secluded beach that offers a unique backdrop. However, it's important to note that the beach is inhabited by numerous white crabs, which can make it challenging to find a comfortable spot to sit. To fully enjoy the experience, it's best to visit around 7 am, as evenings may not be as ideal due to the crab presence and as no one will be there.

Over all good place to visit with family and friends. Very peaceful place but dont expect any kind of facilities here.

Clean, flat beach. Though beach is far from city, it is worth visiting with excellent view. The photographers would love capturing natural beauty.

This is NTPC jetty in Tikkavanipalem village. It is a pump house for pumping sea water for utilisation in power pla bnt. NTPC has developed a children's park near the shore. One can enjoy the scenic beauty of the sea and the surroundings look very good both at duak and dawn.
