I am currently staying in this PG. I don't recommend staying in this PG. Because of lesser rooms nearby its just exploitory and it becomes a compulsion staying over here. Its the most expensive PG available in the entire area. Still 1. They will always hesitate to switch ON generator during cut-offs . 2. My refrigerator has never been repaired even told the area manager, even he couldn't help. 3. From 2 weeks semi-automatic washing machine not working. 4. Pest control looks like have never been done. All have complained for herd of cockroaches but nothing have been done. 5. Don't expect any kind of instant repair inside your room. They will never happen or will be delayed. Etc.
The Place Is Good To Live, Very Hygiene, Food Is Average, Rest It's All Good, No Disturbance
A very nice place to stay put and stay safe. I've been living here for 4 months now and never had a single complaint. The chef is the best. The food quality is really very good and very hygienic. I've been here through covid times and there wasn't a single case in the building. The staff is very friendly and doesn't turns back on you after rent deposit. They care till you are in the building. Housekeeping is provided which is not the case in pgs generally. All in all "no regrets".
Suitable for visitors who is looking for budget friendly rooms with food. Services of House keeping needs to be improved. Otherwise that's okay in 1000/- (aprrox) incl. Food (breakfast+dinner)

Amazing stay!! The good things first, rooms are budget friendly (on the higher end of course!) The service is amazing and so are the people who serve. Rooms are good and clean and very well maintained, has a classy touch to it. A definite visit to enjoy the luxury on both the inside and outside of the rooms. Thank you for the great stay!
I've been living in NStay Sec-41 PG since one last year and it truly is a home away from home. The staff is very cooperative and expeditiously resolves any problem that a guest might be facing here. The location is very approachable and connects to the heart of city.
One of the worst place to live in Gurgaon, No proper servicing provided. The food served is below par and is mentioned that the food is compulsory even if you wish not to have it. Even after leaving the property 2 months ago there has been no sign of security refund. Overall, I wont recommend anyone to choose such a place which is even not in a hygienic location. Hope this helps the incoming tenants who are looking to spend a handsome amount to live in this bad property
