Nice Hotel with good rooms and punctual staff. The rooftop gymnasium and pool have a great view. Food spread is nice and to the taste, although may be a shade spicy at times. Overall a hospitable place in Vijaywada where you can have comfortable stay.

Lovely ambience with lip smacking delicacies spread all over. Can have a memorable stay for sure. Infinity pool is worth spending a wonderful evening. Highly recommended as I stayed at this place for more than 3 times.

Staff was excellent, they kept the place running perfectly. The food and food staff were excellent Had entertainment by Katherine some nights either in the bar off the lobby or up in the Sky Deck. Very good singer and allowed me to sing some songs like karaoke I stayed for two weeks, every day I came in to a clean, made bed, clean towels and room and plenty of water If I come back I will definitely stay again

The Best Hotel in Vijayawada. Had a fantastic experience in everything. Ambience, Service, Food, Rooms everything. In fact this hotel is located at a central point of the town where you can travel to every direction with ease. Coming to food, very tasty food and presented well. Every cuisine we had was great. Huge breakfast spread. The swimming pool is located on the terrace with an excellent view of the city. I am sure I will come back to this place again when I am in Vijayawada.

I've been visiting Novotel Vijayawada since the Covid pandemic, for more than 7 times. It was excellent experience. The food, room and ambience are all superb. Everything is maintained consistently from the past 3 years.

Had to change my 2 year old 5 star rating to 3 for few reasons. There were a few aspects of my visit that left me dissatisfied. Firstly, the ambiance in the massage room could be improved. There was a lot of noise coming from outside while I was getting my massage. Secondly, coordination issues among staff members. I went during the day and I was given an appointment for the evening for the same day, when I went there in the evening the staff changed and I was told to wait for half an hour after which they told me the therapist are not available so they have to push for next day. Complete chaos regarding scheduling appointments. Thirdly, next day morning I was provided the service but during the massage, there were moments when the pressure applied by the therapist was too mild which had no impact whatsoever. While I understand that different clients have different preferences, it might be helpful for therapists to check in with clients periodically regarding pressure. As it's part of Novotel Varun group it is expected to provide beyond par experience and customer satisfaction. To improve, I would suggest getting soundproof glass doors and calming incense stick at in the massage rooms to create a more relaxing atmosphere. Have better communication between receptionists and therapist for providing better quality of service and not cancel on the clients.
