Good: Check-in experience was very good. Ms. Parul was very helpful. Thank you. Food quality was good. Housekeeping services were very good. Please convey my thanks and compliments to the Housekeeping staff. Not so good: (1) Poor management of guests walking in for breakfast (2) Tardy / missed food delivery although Mr. Satyajit was very methodical and profusely apologetic. This time my accommodation was very good. Guest service was on time all employees specially ACCHELAL was very accommodating and humble. I was surprisingly happy to see hotel is giving employment to physically challenged people. VIVEK was the person whom I saw and was proud. People of these kind are inspirations to others. I visited this place with my friend for Lunch, we had the buffet. Food was good with lots of varieties and display looks very good. We had lot of time that day, so clicked lot of images as we loved it. The staff were good and attentive, they also explained me the dishes, which I asked. I specially liked the way they serve the Espresso. We really enjoyed the food, as there were too many options at the buffet we didn't touch many items, over all it was an excellent combination of good food, good ambience and excellent service. Keep up the good work.

No doubt the hotel is awesome in all. Whether you talk about accommodation, food, and can't forgot to appreciate the staff of reception and of housekeeping who always try to prioritise guest. We met Parul at reception. She was so kind and friendly. She provided a colour book to my kid which was a sweet gesture by her. I really want to recommend this hotel to my friends and family and colleague. Awesome !
We had a Wonderful stay at Novotel. All the staffs are very helpfully out there. I met prateek at the reception during checking in to the hotel and he has very polite and welcoming, he has given us a very good view room. So looking forward to visit again for a stay. Thanks
