The rooms were spacious and spotless, with crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff Bhaskar was attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
It's a really pleasant stay for me, stayed for a week. Extremely satisfied with everything apart from a few mistakes from the room service staff, ofcourse the mistakes are negligible As other services were too fantastic! Thank you
We stayed here for 2 nights and had wonderful..experience. The service is top draw- prompt and attentive to detail. Food has good variety and is superb. Breakfast deserves a special mention.We will come back again and again. Thanks to the staff for all the great job that they do and the management team to have such wonderful people and commitment to excellence
The hotel itself is amazing but their kitchen is the best quality they have. Their food was delicious. Very good buffet and staff is really friendly and nice! I love their little broches which states 'I love volleyball' or ' I love football'. You can just start a conversation from there and they also like to talk. I had so much fun :) thank you for your service.
Not happy with the kind of Rooms they have provided to us. it looks like hotel is considering as if we are staying in hotel for free by using our Accor Plus Member. Loyalty is missing. Lot of issues with the room and service - TV was NOT working, only one towel kept after booking for the family, shower is NOT in good condition. Room Cleaning is NOT done after 6 of time gap. we are NOT happy with the kind of answer we have got it.

Hi, Since all Novotel are business hotels they have swimming pool and gym no other activities. We were on vacation and they greeted us well and being Accor member they upgraded our room and I was happy for that. The restaurant is a place of attraction in this hotel. Unfortunately during breakfast they did not provide sauce or butter to us when it was empty. Otherwise overall experience was good.
This hotel is fine. It was clean and maintained to an acceptable level although dated and in need of some maintenance. It falls below the standard I would expect from a Novotel and is sub-par to other Novotels in other countries. Also worth noting that they don't value your Accor status so no benefits, upgrades and doesn't count towards the nights stayed to increase your status to the next level.
An awesome place to stay. Serene atmosphere. The staff here helped me for all in and out tasks. They were available 24/7. The original beauty of kerala is seen there in the early mornings. The hotel is neat and clean to the core. 24 hours hot water

Nice place to stay. Upto OYO standard. Free WiFi, AC and other facilities are present. They also have fridge, RO aquaguard and fridge that can be used if required. Every room has MI Android TV, so you can connect it to WiFi and watch movies and all.
