Incredible value! Stayed there for a week for business purposes. Amazing hospitality from the staff. Room was very clean and modern. The view from my room was nice, city at night was beautiful. The breakfast was very tasteful, being from Mexico and trying new food and flavors was really a thing there, extra points for having different foods every day. A good recognition from the hostess of the restaurant, she recognized me and wished me a good day and safe travel back on my last day, good detail from her side.

Everything is perfect in this hotel except a couple things: First of all, know that their team is excellent and available for any need you may desire. You can always count on them to surprise you with solutions to your problems. As you can expect, any broken piece of equipment is replaced immediately, and you can even ask the chef to cook you food which is not proposed if you wish for it! There is however considerable room for improvement regarding the taxi from work to the hotel. If you book it in advance you won't have any kind of trouble, but if you message them (via WhatsApp) for a quick pickup, they may just forget about your message for over an hour. It happened consistently for me until the guest experience manager solved the issue for me. Hopefully they have now solved the problem once and for all, but if not, this is definitely something you should know in advance. I also think that their on-demand laundry (as well as their laundry plan) is a bit more expensive than other hotels. Still, despite these two points, it was a very good stay, way more human-centered than other hotels I visited and I definitely recommend it.

The ambience was really nice. The team get together was a great success with the help of restaurant service team. I would like to say special thanks to Priti and the staffs there for taking extra care and fulfill what we wished for . Everyone had an nice smiling faces.

Great place for a social event we hosted recently. The foyer and ground floor venue hall were perfect for the event and the food quality was very good..loved the salads and live pasta counter in addition to Indian cuisine. The staff were very helpful in accommodating all our requests and things went smoothly. Kudos!

The brand is good. The rates are ok. The rooms look old and calling for a refresh. Service has definitely improved. Lot of young and energetic folks can be seen onboard and providing service. Could see a visible difference. Breakfast spread is good - has a nice mix of Indian and continental. Like most service places, they've turned quite greedy and are charging high prices though and hardly offer discounts. Personalization is zero. Most service folks though quite responsive seem quite disconnected internally. You'll see more service folks than customers :-) especially as you enter.

Thanks to whole Square Restaurant team everyone was superb and the food was delicious as well. Special thanks to Priti, Darshan, Pravesh and Vinay they took extra cake of all our needs. The corporate lunch went very well with everyone's help. The buffet spread was nice as well.

The food is good. The service is excellent. Top-class hotel in Namma Bengaluru. This hotel has very beautiful banquet halls, good service, great location, and has great hospitality. Fantastic ambiance. Calm and serene and quite cozy. A beautiful hotel in Bellandur. Very good interior, lightings, and worth the price. Celebrate with up to 50 guests in the banquet hall. Best of its class. Well maintained.

After being disappointed with 2 brand named 5* hotels, I checked into Novotel and was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely loved the stay here. The building + The hotel is relatively new (~10 years) and therefore furnishings are very modern and aesthetic. + Multiple electrical adapter points with US/UK pin compatibility + Wifi was reliable and fast + Overall decor was elegant and I did not find any worn down areas + Walk in shower was great. Toileteries were sufficient. + Ample bottled water with a mini refrigerator + Reading lights. + spacious lobby and dining area + 2nd floor pool area, gym and garden was nice Staff + Pleasant, well mannered, dressed perfectly and eager to help out guests Food + Excellent breakfast spread and they keep changing the menu for variety + Good mix of indian, continental breakfast - yummy pastries + Tea and coffee tasted great + Spacious area, staff constantly watch out and clean plates and promptly some minor gripes - shower pressure was weak - spoilt the effect of rain shower - staff clearing used plates should not serve food. - dark out curtains dont close fully and let in some light
