Novel Resort - Jim Corbett - Resort hotel in Basai, Gangapur Pahari - Nainital, India

It was amazing experience to stay in Novel Resort. Rooms are spacious, food is yummy. Service is excellent. Staff is nice. You can enjoy Bonfire in the winters.

My overall experience was awful Ml with the hotel. Good things- 1- The location is roadside, near to main market 2-Park is good and clean, swimming pool huge and clean. 3- Rooms are spacious and clean Not so good things- 1-when asked clean the room again it took a lot of time and follow-up 2-Food is pathetic especially the dinner and lunch options. Only breakfast option is ok. Limited food options available only the menu is big and they don't keep everything. Food is expensive as per the quality. 3- some staff is good but some is really rude If you eat outside and then stay here it is a very good option. Price is not what you see. Room cost is INR 5000 and above per night

Loved my stay here. Beautiful hotel with great staff. The food is delicious. It is just 7-10 kms away from Jim Corbett National park. Nice location with ample parking space.
