My experience with Nova Fertility Center in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, was nothing short of a nightmare. We had an 11 am appointment, but upon our arrival at 11:15 am, they asked us to fill out a form and pay 2000 rupees before sending us to the waiting area. The agonizing wait began, stretching to almost 1.5 hours. When we inquired with the receptionist about the wait time, we were informed that Dr. Jayesh Amin had been occupied with an emergency procedure. Hungry and tired, we told the receptionist we'd be back in a little while. After a 30-minute break, we were instructed to proceed to the first floor, where they measured our weight and height before asking us to wait once more. After another 30-45 minutes, we were finally directed to the consultation room. We met with their consultant, who began reviewing our medical history and then proceeded to pitch their IVF services. What was particularly disheartening was that the consultant was chewing tobacco during our conversation, emitting a foul odor from his mouth. He struggled to communicate with us, switching between Hindi, English, and Gujarati. We filled out a form, but the system malfunctioned, leading to an additional 20-25 minutes of waiting. Frustrated, we approached the reception again, only to be told to wait once more. Even though there were no other patients, the doctor was leisurely enjoying his lunch, leaving us waiting. We finally decided to cancel our process and requested a refund. Suddenly, the doctor was available and invited us in. I mentioned that I would wait for just two more minutes. The doctor briefly glanced at the first page of our file for less than 10 seconds and declared our case as "critical." In an arrogant manner, he said, "bethne mein problem ho gayi kya," to which I responded that we had been waiting for 4 hours. He reluctantly agreed to refund our money. It's abundantly clear that Nova Fertility Center and Dr. Jayesh Amin have no regard for their patients' time and are exceptionally arrogant. I strongly advise against choosing this center or doctor, as it would only result in wasting your time and money.

Hospital is very good. All employees and doctors are very good They truly guide for the Genuine treatment. Excellent and comfortable environment.

Overall Experience was good, professional and to the point. They give a right advice. Their staffs are cooperative.

It's all about money, plain and simple. Avoid wasting your time and money at Nova. Our experience with Nova fertility as international patients seeking online consultations was the worst. Once they received the consultation fee, they readily ignored us, rendering the consultation pointless.
