My wife and I have been searching online for an ideal IVF Centre in Palakkad and found out NOVA. Before knowing NOVA, we visited another IVF centre and were shocked by their lack of professionalism. The rude and impolite behaviour of the doctor infuriated me and my wife and we decided not to continue the treatment there. I searched online further, found out NOVA and called. The person who attended the call talked very politely and when I asked her to connect me to NOVA's Palakkad Centre, she told me that someone from Nova Palakkad would soon call me and I received the call immediately and we visited Nova in Palakkad within 3 days. Everyone assosiated with NOVA is polite and the moment we enter into the Centre, we feel a positive vibe. Dr. Arya Rajendran is highly professional and her attitude and demeanour are enormously reassuring. Her pleasant and professional way of treating those who consult her for being parents is the main factor that attracts people longing for children to NOVA, Palakkad. Our first visit to Nova was on May 13th. Ovum pick up was on May 27 and embryo transfer was on June 19. The doctor asked us to undertake home pregnancy test on July 3. And we tested on July 1 itself and the result is positive. Even if the doctor knows that if implantation is successful, test result will be positive even after nine days of ET, she asks us to test exactly after two weeks because she doesn't want those who are anxiously waiting to see positive result to be dejected by testing too early. I have never seen such professionalism as I have witnessed in NOVA, Palakkad.
