Worst experience! Pathetic. Dr. has zero knowledge in the field of fertility. She is too egoistic. She looted a friend of mine. She cheated my friend and his wife. She played with their emotions. They have lost near 5 lakh rupees. Don't reach for her regarding infertility issues.

Our journey through infertility has been fraught with pain and disappointment, but our recent experience at Nova IVF has left us feeling more hopeless and disheartened than ever before. We cannot emphasize enough how much we regret choosing this facility for my wife's fertility treatment. Here are some of the reasons why: Ineffective Treatments: Despite the hefty price tag attached to the treatments at Nova IVF, we saw no positive results. The procedures and medications prescribed to us seemed like a one-size-fits-all approach, with little consideration for our specific needs and circumstances. It felt like a money-making scheme rather than a genuine effort to help patients conceive. Lack of Personalized Care: The doctors and staff at this hospital failed to provide personalized care or to consider the emotional toll that infertility takes on patients. Instead of feeling supported and understood, we felt like just another number on their long list of patients. Poor Communication: Communication between the medical team and patients was abysmal. We often had to chase them down for updates on my treatment plan or test results. This lack of communication only added to our anxiety and frustration during an already emotionally charged time. Lack of Emotional Support: Infertility is a deeply emotional and isolating experience, and one would hope that an infertility hospital would offer emotional support. Unfortunately, Nova IVF lacked any form of counseling or support groups to help patients cope with the emotional toll of infertility.
