Very good treatment and behaviour of doctors, staffs are also trained and polite, cleanliness is very good. only one thing should be improved that if any patient comes in emergency and guardians of patients ready to pay the said amount but they are unable to arrange immediately before admission , firstly admit the patient start the treatment and not wait that treatment will start only after the deposit.

"I had an utterly dismal experience at Nova Hospital when seeking treatment for my mother. The blatant disregard for patient well-being was evident, with Dr. R P Singh leading the charge. It appeared as though profit motives overshadowed any genuine concern for my mother's health. Dr. Singh's utter lack of politeness and communication skills left much to be desired. Instead of addressing a minor health issue, there was an unjustifiable push to admit my mother to the ICU, an apparent ploy to extract more money from an already distressing situation. The housekeeping staff mirrored the overall lack of professionalism. Their discourteous behavior only added to the already abysmal atmosphere. Nova Hospital provided an experience so disheartening that I cannot emphasize enough how strongly I discourage anyone from seeking medical care there. This establishment is a prime example of how the medical profession's integrity can be compromised for financial gains."

Very Poor Hospitality after many complaints they don't respond. it may due to scarcity of staff and unskilled staffs. I have admitted my wife and for best hospitality we have taken Best Room as super deluxe, but ..... But it's ok due to the final result. Complaint was done as below- This complaint was done during treatment. Very Poor Hospitality Of Nova Hospital 1. No budy has care against problem of Patient. 2. My wife is facing problem of spinal pain near neck from yesterday after approx 15 hour of surgery. But no budy have shouted about it. 3. After a long time attendant came in room in room to ask on asking and it's very poor in night. 4. No budy have care about toilet or bathroom of patient and it looks they don't wanna go with her in bathroom as supporter. 5. After starting drip, no budy come to check it's position. 6. 2 or 3 time bottle got empty and blood came out of Vigo. 7. Pan40, Paracetamol and other antibiotic medicine have been given in morning empty stomach without asking anything. Here we are afraid with their hospitality. Please look into the matter.

I believe that the way staff members communicate can greatly impact a patient's experience. It might be beneficial for the hospital to focus on enhancing customer service to ensure that everyone receives the best possible care."

All was good ...and hassle free and staff was very cooperative. I would like to mention that Dr. Sunil Agarwal who is neurosurgeon is senior doctor and is one of the best doctor in this hospital. Though it is one of the expensive hospital but if the staff is attending the patient with utmost care then its worth it.

It's one of the best budget friendly private hospitals. My friend had to undergo gall stones surgery and she was happy after the procedure. The doctors name was Pratul Raj Gupta, he was calm and composed and was very friendly. He helped sooth the mental anxiety of my friend before she underwent the surgery. The cost here is not too high like other private hospitals. They have a dispensary right inside the hospital venue.

My father was admitted in ICU and the staff there was really cooperative. He was taken good care of by the faculty and visiting doctors. Dr. RP Singh is a very experienced and veteran doctor. The charges were also bearable. We are satisfied with the treatment given to my father.

Gynae Dr Chhabi Shukla is Excellent but front desk and specially TPA counter person Avinash is worst . They are eating pan masala and feel very trouble in speaking and if you bother them to speak they will show you aggression like they are going to hit you
