They sell products on high prices, even the spare can be repaired, they are always willing to cheat the customer. They have a manager O.S. , who in order to earn commission, just make pay the customers for keeping personal heath gazette. Mr. Sharma is soft spoken just for no good cause. Beware and avoid NOVA guy. Smart Looters....we have suffering by taking Nova treadmill from them. And their engineers have failed to give technical support.

I purchased a bench from nova fittness modal no rsk210 multiporpose bench for home..and that is a worst product i have ever purchased when i asked for my warranty and refund of their garbadge product they are not responding.. please keep away from this company ..they are worst now i am going to file a case against them in consumer court ....
