I recently visited this coffee shop and had a rather disappointing experience. Despite enjoying the coffee and ambiance, there were a couple of issues that marred my visit.
Firstly, I was surprised to find that the coffee shop does not offer access to the restroom for customers. This is an inconvenience that most patrons expect to have when dining at an establishment, especially one that serves beverages. It's a basic service that should be provided.
In addition, when I inquired about the restroom policy, I was met with a rather dismissive response.
In a jaipur city with numerous coffee shops to choose from, I believe customer service and amenities like restroom access are critical to maintaining a good reputation. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and considers improving these aspects of their service.
Overall, my experience was marred by these issues, and I'm hesitant to return or recommend this coffee shop to others.
The behaviour of one of your member Saurabh Sharma was too nice . He was so polite and was looking professional. The way of talking was decent. The food which I ordered was very delicious and was looking great.

This place is so amazing . A bit small spaced place but all the things they have on their menu is damn amazing and tasty . I must say they serve best shakes and Frappe in Jaipur at such reasonable price . I didn't like coolers as they use lemon a lot I them but other things are best . They only have maggi in their eatables . Price is truely justified for the taste.
Ordered an iced hazelnut latte , got a hot latte. I didn't mind that, everyone can make mistake. However, to fix it they just put some ice in the same small hot drink cup!!! (any stupid person can work it out) and put on a few ice cubes, here comes the iced latte! how pathetic!
It was great being here.. services offered by staff made our day special. Its was beyond my expectations. Great specially Saurabh Sharma helped us a lot at every steps.
