The employees are not that aware of the offer that's run by nbc,the were not understanding our point of view the rajapark outlet employees were so nice and explained the offers so well and gave us right information, outlet in tonk road has so many flies inside also the quantity with this outlet gave was a bit less than CScheme and rajapark outlet.. although I love nbc coffee but will never visit this outlet again..very bad experience.
Cold coffee has too much sugar. I order hazelnut and ask them why this coffee has too much sugar they reply hazelnut has its own sugar and ice cream to and then we add sugar as a base ingredients. Hazelnut taste sweet ?? .. what a joke.. only 8 people can sit at once and the employee don't clean the table they just pick the cup and throw it. Many time coffee drop is on the table and we have to clean it. Earlier they give paper straw I ask them for one more paper straws they denied. Paper straw with time get like.. it's not in proper condition with time... worst ..
So this has happened with me twice. Ordered brain freezer and virgin mojito. Waited for around more than 30 minutes but to of no use. Order wasn't even delivered. Staff was so careless that they asked thrice what your order is. But of no use. Staff is too arrogant. Owners should sometime and check how there staff is managing the outlet.
The Coffee tastes too good and worth the price but the seating capacity is very less and it feels suffocated to sit inside. Best way is to Take out the order and sit outside the shop as there is also a seating area.

Dinesh attended us, for the marketing of the new addition, orange cold brew, it was a fine product, if you want to add a hint of orange to your coffee, it is a fine drink, otherwise just go for a iced americano!
The coffee is awesome and worth the price but the inside sitting is very much confined, only 7-8 people can be seated inside at a time, you may feel suffocated because of limited space. Not recommended for hanging out with friends/family.
