Everything is good, except the hospitality. Felt uncomfortable while checking into the hotel. Although our requests were catered to, but each one of them with a pinch of salt! The staff at reception should be more welcoming towards guests, afterall that's the basics of what Hospitality is all about.

The dining experience at Northway Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The in-house restaurant served a delectable array of dishes, ranging from local delicacies to north Indian cuisine. The chefs' culinary skills were evident in every bite, and the courteous staff ensured that I had a comfortable dining experience each time.
The hotel's amenities were outstanding, catering to both leisure and business travelers alike.
What impressed me the most was the hotel's prime location. Situated in the heart of Vizag, Northway Hotel offered easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and popular dining spots, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
I gave it 4star for it only as a hotel and would give 5star as a hotel in this budget.
Service is good. One thing I was disappointed is that the Keycard gets automatically disabled every day at noon.
Then there is dust. Not in the entire room but places that are not using touched like the bed lamps and telephone etc.
The TV and the furniture are great. And they actually have a working safe in the room.
Hotel stay is nice. clean and spacious rooms.. room service also good. in house restaurant food also decent and at reasonable price. Overall it was a nice stay experience at hotel north way..
