Northern Railway Central Hospital - Government hospital in New Delhi - Central, India

It is 2nd large railway hospital in central delhi near shivaji stadium and connought place. It is only for railway employees. It is free for all railway employees. Very well maintained like private hospitals. This hospital also preferred private hospital for any other health check up but not charge any fee. Almost all paperwork is online if you have any doubts reception desk is also available. If you have any health issues, please feel free to check up your body.

One(two) has to stand in queue...one queue for making registration slip and other queue for taking token for respective room (doctor's cabin). Worst part is many people get their work done from the back door of registration counter.I am adding a picture of such incident. Hilarious part is- one can make self-registration through hmis app but still has to stand in queue to take registration slip from the counter. Hope administration will take cognizance of this incident.

Worst gynaecologist, she even does not know which tests she have to done, I went there for my urine cyst problem, after doing so many tests she didn't given any medicine. I think she doesn't know about medicines. Also I asked about my problem, she told me - isme hum kya kar skte hai, dobara hogi to hogi. Tapori type language and misbehaving with me. Now I will consult my trusted private doctor in Agra. Don't go in central hospital please. It will waste your crucial time in unnecessary tests.

Never visit this third class hospital for treatment purpose if possible. This is a 200% honest feedback and experience about this hospital. This is third class, poor and rubbish hospital. Long queues everywhere and no proper arrangement anywhere. Maximum staff here is arrogant and rude. No respect even for senior citizens. Yes ,no respect for senior citizens. No one is there to listen the grievances of patients. For CAT scan, for PET scan, for MRI for Radiation and for so many other medical procedures they refer to other private empenelled hospitals. Here in this hospital nothing is to be appreciated. Totally a third class hospital with very basic facilities only. ZERO , RUBBISH AND THIRD CLASS. Maximum of employees here have joined unions. They have too much arrogance in their behaviour. In new UMID card , the option for selecting dispensary/ hospital has been given to pensioners, even then the senior citizen pensioners are harassed for referral slips, which is NOT possible for senior citizens pensioners. If someone tries to meet Medical Director, the PA and security persons treat very rudely. If you really love your patient please never visit this THIRD CLASS railway hospital.

Very Good Hospital for railway Employees it helps to many patients recover from their diseases and within less time period they provide best quality of medicines and Treatment. It has OPD for Geneals and separate OPDs for senior citizens and children.

Rude and careless doctors in this hospital and supportive staffs and new intern also misbehave with patients and patients' family members. Dr. Suggested to my sister to take medicine from the medical store why r u came here. I want to know when everyone take medicine from medical strore without prescribed by doctors then why these doctors required in hospital and why we need hospital. I am surprise when he said that.

Very good governance railway hospital. It treats out patients also against PM-Jay scheme. One of the best equiped Railway hospital.

Nice infrastructure, a little inadequate staff at times. Have had the displeasure to visit here quite often this year. Baaki it's a railway hospital so to review it seems a little non-consequential. But, I'm bored right now waiting for my patient to come out of the OPD so why not.
