Pathetic to say the least ! The basic criteria is missing - no cleanliness, no service . No one is even bothered to listen to you . The rooms are stinking with foul smell . The only good point is the hotel staffs are supportive but again they are not professional. They try to do what you ask for ( not all of them ) . I seriously wonder . A strict NO unless you don't want to get frustrated ! The room was not even cleaned properly before handing over & my son saw one liquor bottle inside the room . The bed sheet was dirty & used . Terrific experience!!!The cleanliness, utter lack of professionalism, turning a deaf ear & of course the food too .
honestly saying the hotel is absolutely worthy of it's words. Bedroom is small for a nuclear family though (You can get two rooms though under a Fair budget but if you are a solo traveller with limited amount like me, you'll surely gonna love this place. You can keep your luggage safely and depart for Mussoorie and nearby places. Best option to visit Mussoorie is to stay at this hotel and book a cab and enjoy your visit and return back at night ( Mussoorie room's are pretty expensive). The host is very nice. The staff behavior was good and cheerful and that is the only thing we liked about this place. Otherwise, the unavailability of enough parking space, the broken areas in the room, malfunction of geyser etc. were all setbacks. They charged Rs. 30 for a Bisleri 1 ltr. bottle that comes with an MRP. of Rs. 20. They said "Hotel mein mehenga hi milta hai" which translates to "It is expensive in hotels". Food quality was pretty below average. Overall, not a great stay this time despite of a GoStays certification that we saw earlier while booking.
The rooms are clean and neat with proper and timely maintenance.. staff are super supportive and feasible ( but not with check-in and check out time ).. almost all tourist places are very nearby ... but the place is very happening and crowded in the evening.. special mention to Mr.Ayush for being very helpful.
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets.The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
The location is great, but they don't have the elevator, so you have to carry your luggage
