Excellent inhouse one point shopping complex in HCU. Tea/cofee/clothes/booking/printing/money withdrawal at single place. If you are in HCU then all basic things are available at this point.

1 food stall, 1 tea stall, 1 juice point, 1 stationery shop, 1 book stall, 1 atm, 1 general store and a lot of protests under surveillance of government and administration. Except for a few protests and Stationery shop, all others are as good as non-existent. Quality of food is worse, atmosphere is somehow gloomy.
