Rooms are ok, not excellent though. If you are ok with settling for an "ok" experience, then you won't be disappointed. I have stayed at worse rooms in Trivandrum, so with that experience, I will say this is better place. It is close to High way and easily accessible. So big plus on that. And even at odd hour, early morning 5 AM, when we called the given number, they picked up and showed us room. Big plus on that.

It's a scam place. Don't book through agoda app. I think any app which is showing low budget rate like 700, he won't accept, even you pay in advance full amount through the app. Kindly advice to call this property and make sure about your bookings otherwise you people will be in trouble. I got a bad experience i payed full amount 700 something when I reached their he told we don't accept booking from Agoda app. Ruined my day. If i did booking like 1000 above he will accept. Money matters. Don't go because of low rate.

This place is a Fraud. I booked a room via OYO and paid the full amount. But when I reached the place they refused to check me in and started asking for extra money. They totally don't cared even if I complained to OYO.

Budget Stay for Couples and Families. The hotel provides Lift service to every floor and also every floor has Drinking water. No Bathing Towels and Blankets were provided. Neatness - 4/5 Location -3/5 Service - 3/5 Value for Money - 5/5 The room was neat and clean. All lights, Fan, TV, etc... were working properly. Staff behaviour needs to be improved as we aren't welcomed in the hotel and took around 30 mins to check-in.

Every thing is good but . We need to pay extra money to get check in .900 Rs is the rate of the room if ready to pay that amount you will get room . Calling Oyo customer care no use I had similar experience in banglore there also Oyo suggest another hotel . After reaching there same thing repeat. Coming back to room , clean and neat room . Every thing works. No issues. Except the extra payment.

It's a small motel run and maintained by a family. Location is very convenient. Neat and tidy rooms. No dining available. The most important thing is the location given in the google map is not exact. If you need to go there by car, or bike, don't go to the temple road, instead move little further and take the left turn in front of ICICI bank.

Booked room at this hotel from OYO App. I paid the amount shown in the OYO app via UPI prior to reaching hotel. When I reached the hotel, the first question I had to face was "we need more money since we don't give room at this price". I didn't pay anything more. Due to that grudge, he didn't provide me WiFi credentials. Also, they don't have water heating (geyser) facility which was mentioned in while booking. I extended my booking via OYO App but the Hitel Manager said "rooms are no more available". I paid money but still I was asked to move out. Terrible experience

* Never recommended for family. It is a secondary lodge type room * I booked in one price. During check-in he again asked for extra money. He didn't allowed to check-in untill I paid that money * Room was not clean and some smell was there * Bathroom door was not having latch. * If you are going with family pls never go there
