Doctors are good but Management and hospital services are worst. Once u admit patient in that hospital they charge extra service charge, mediclaim process charge, documents keeping charge, No other hospital will charge like them. If doctor fees 3000 they will send to mediclaim company 2000 for ICU and for general word 1200 then rest amount you have to pay separately in cash and for that they won't give any money receipt. Not sure whom to report this kind of frode.

Hospital located at Ulta Danga, Salt Lake is average in terms of space and infrastructure. Service is good, waiting area is narrow, parking is not so good. However, this is a good place for cghs customers. They don't ask lot of questions, simply have a fixed channel for them. They charge Rs300 for consultation for cghs customers which is at par with eligibility. Within the hospital premises no diagnosis centres are there. But, u can get it done from anywhere. I found it useful being single hospital empanelled in Salt Lake.
Both my father and grandmother were admitted under Dr Sayan Gupta. The nurses are also too good. We really like the services here.
