I stayed for one night and had a flight late evening next day, they let me to do late check out. Manager and staff were super attentive and friendly. There is good south Indian breakie served for some extra money. Very close to train and metro. Highly reccomend! Only thing was the bed was very hard in the dorms.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The room I stayed is very clean and tidy. The service is very good. This hotel located very near to the Ernakulam Town railway station. I recommend those who wants to visit Ernakulam may stay in this hotel. The hotel restaurant is also neat and tidy and hygienic and for those who stayed in the hotel are offered breakfast free of cost. Mr. Rakhsith who served me the food is very humble. Due to his multi language skill I don't face difficulties. He advised many tourist places which are really wonderful.

I have become a frequent visitor to this place because of the excellent hospitality and service in the rooms. Rooms are well maintained and their breakfast is also good for the price. Cheers to the boys who are taking care of the place. Just opposite to the railway stations side entrance and walkable

Me and my husband stay two times . We are really happy to choose this hotel again. Because the rooms are neat and cleaned, and the staffs they were friendly .Well mannered behavior from front office staffs. Breakfast was so yummy.

Since the flight was delayed we checked in @11.40 p.m. The hotel staff were able to provide dinner within 20 minutes and it was really nice. The ambience, accommodation, hospitality and courtesy of front room staff, complimentary breakfast -- everything was fantastic. Without any hesitation I recommend this hotel to the travellers..We also look forward to revisit this place!!

Me and my family had a great stay in hotel north centre. This is our first experience in a hotel and it was too good. All the things about this hotel is fabulous especially the staffs. They were so humble,Through out our stay. Neat and comfortable rooms. Well mannered behavior from front office staffs. Will choose this hotel again

The location is very convenient, nearby townhall metro station. The staff is very helpful. It's a peaceful stay and the dorms are spacious and clean. It's also safe for female travellers I would highly recommend this place.
