Excellent tour experience, excellent tour coordinator Mr.Kamal and the driver Mr. Amiruddin was very helpful and Hotels and cottage was too good, staffs were very welcoming. I will strongly recommend NBT to our friends and colleagues.
Excellent support and coordination from the tour coordinator Kamal. Our tour of Dooars for 3N-4D was such beautifully planned, we covered almost all the points without any exhaustion. The resort at Murti was amazing and can't express the wonders in words. Overall it was superb experience and I will plan again for rest of the parts of Dooars.
Recently I planned my Sikkim tour with "North Bengal Tourism". I travelled via road with my family (including a kid below 5 years) during the monsoons when Sikkim's rivers, fountains, mountains and greenery were all in their best form. Although the road trip was a bit risky due to occasional landslides, but a big thank to the Road and Transport department of Govt. of Sikkim for their untiring effort to maintain majority of the roads in drivable condition. I must thank "North Bengal Tourism" for providing me with really fantastic accommodation and food in hotels and home-stays, a calm and compassionate driver, a spacious and comfortable vehicle and making my trip memorable and cherish-able one. Seamless advanced booking, on-time pick up and drop at NJP, cozy yet offbeat tour plan without any wastage of time are among the few reasons for which I would love to travel again with this flagship brand.
Everything was good. Hotel was not so big but they welcome the guest with their heart . All driver's are good & specially punctual. Special thanks to Ms Soma Bhattacharya & Mr. Kamal Muhuri of this organisation for arrange everything smoothly. Must come again with them and definitely suggest close one to travel with them.

Such a surreal experience.. Being a young woman traveller I was scared initially about security all that due to pandemic and election scenario.. But it turned out very much exceptional experience I have ever experienced so far... I felt so safe, and happy as well.. So well co-ordinated, co operative everything was.. So, very much happy... Looking forward to have such experiences very soon again.. So so grateful for everything. In, 2023 , it is my 3rd time with North Bengal Tourism, I couldn't be more grateful to Kamal da, for all kind of arrangements and all these amazing experience..
