Absolutely pathetic experience with North Bengal Tourism. Hotel room at Darjeeling was very bad and had foul smell. Mr. Kamal didn't cooperate at all to help us change the room. Washroom had no geyser. Whereas other guests had geysers in their respective washrooms. Hotel in Gangtok was 9kms away from the market hence it was really inconvenient. Also, the driver was pretty over smart and was constantly trying to fleece us. Purposely took a detour for his convenience. Overall very poorly managed travel agency with extremely bad customer service. Note to others, please don't contact them for any travel planning or else you'll have to suffer. Mr. Kamal is a conman who will lure you with his kind words but once you reach the destination will turn a deaf ear and act helpless.

They provide excellent service right from the beginning to the end in respect of all the bookings in absolutely perfect manner as well as vehicle services maintaining the punctuality. The drivers are well groomed in behaviour, guest friefrien and of course delivering right information to the different areas around our tours... This is not the real North Bengal Tourism. They are fake and illegally using North Bengal Tourism's name. The real one does not have any office in Kolkata. Please beware.
If you are a nature lover, then you must visit North Bengal at least once in your life.
