This one star is only for the doctors that's all the rest is all a waste of time who is there on 4dec I came for the scan and I reached hospital at 2:30 and from there after 1min talk with doc , she told me to come for scanning at 6:30pm so she left and I also went back to my room and evening at 6:10pm I reached and till 7:30 I was waiting for doc to scan , it's just that the receptionist are sending ppl who came after me to the doc , back to back and I had to wait for almost 3hours !!! Like so upsetting service.. I swear this is my first and last visiting to this hospital .. and they r charging 450 for the consultation even if it's just for one min !! Seriously.. I myself work in a private clinic and I have been to apollo, saint johns , nimanhs, trust well hospital , st. Philomena ..all r very good but this hospital is the worst I felt..

ONE OF THE WORST HOSPITALS In 3 days we spent one lakh and no proper treatment, the moment I said I dont have money they discharged the patient saying she is fine. after taking her home she was very serious than before and was her oxygen level was only 70. even then they discharged because i told them no money. Dr Rajendran told if u dont have money, you can discharge and come back when u have money. what a money minded people. i think they are not fit to be doctors and this hospital is not worth. The fee is too high. for general ward the fee is 2800 only for the bed excluding nurse and doctors. the govt of karnataka should warn such kind of money minded hospitals.

It's a good hospital clean. OPD sitting area is not so clean but the next block where admitting is there it's very clean. Doctors & nurse are very friendly. They have the beds with remote control in it & all in deluxe room.

Worst experience, inefficient staff. Not bothered of the people. Simple, people come to hospital as they are unwell where they need to be treated well.. I agree with all the negative feedback given for this hospital... They expect patient to be ontime and wait but doctor comes only after half an hour of their reporting time. First come first service !!!

There are some extra charges for admission. Duty doctor(waste of money) per day 500rs at general ward and main treatment doctor 600rs per visit, 2 times(morning & evening)1200rs per day. Total 1700 rs per day. Bed charges 2,000rs per day, Nursing charges 600rs total cost per day is 4,300rs per day at general ward. If they connect oxygen 5000rs per day. If they use any other devices each are 1000rs per day

I had a fever, they cost me 3000+ rs. 4 days later still no change in fever.Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Hope someone files a lawsuit against them.

Lot of things need improvement here. -The insurance Helpdesk guy:Watch out for him, he will pamper you with all his words and end of the day demand a load of money even if you have cashless insurance coverage. Shameless fellow. -Attenders: Money minded and of least help. -Nurses: Other than the 2 nurses from kerala, and one from north east I found them too rude to stand, you have to call them multiple times. -Doctors: The worst, you should be lucky to get someone like Dr. Shiva kumar who is an exceptional case. Others are just horrible. -Administration : Pathetic. The only good thing there is Dr. Shivakumar and nurses from kerala & north east.

Very very bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and has such an attitude. Would never recommend this hospital to anybody. She just hung up the call when I asked her to spell the mail id of the hospital. Very very cheap and without any mannerisms. She's clearly not fit or efficient in her job.
