Amazing viewpoint of Mt Kanchenjunga from room. Service is very nice. Amenities and food is good. There is 1 catch, if you want to get the best view, you have to book 4th or 5th floor but unfortunately there is no lift. Elderly people or people with difficulty to climb up stairs must book the first floor or 2nd floor rooms in advance. Rest everything is amazing. Good job to Darji sir, Norbu Sir, Suraj & Deepak. Nice and amazing hotel in pelling, west Sikkim. best food and best staff. Unbelievable environment around the hotel, nice hotel compound, feeling extra with our loved ones in this place. Unforgettable moments.
Before I give any rating, I wish to indicate a few points... Good points are.... Hotel is near by MG Marg (5 to 6 minutes walking distance) Behaviour of hotel staff and manager is very helpfull. View from hotel balcony is awsome. Food quality is good. It's may quite expensive (gst will be charged) but It's better than outside food. Bad points are.... Hotel has no personal parking. The hotel area is under non parking zone So, It may painfull during pick up and drop. Hotel balcony is not so clean too much dust is there just because of road side. Hotel has no lift. If you are choosing to stay at 3rd or 4th floor, then you should think twice. I found damp on my room inside wall, which is not acceptable in this price. After considering the above mentioned points, My rating is 3 on 5.
The hotel is perfectly placed near MG Road and SNT bus stand. But the rooms are really damp and dark. The washroom had a water leveling issue and water was stuck on the floor. But one of the major plus points was the owner - he is very helpful and friendly. The staff were also good and supportive.
The owner was really helpful and guided us through late night. But the room was average with less focus to cleanliness and all the way to the 3rd floor. The washroom was below average with poor lighting and water got stuck on the floor. A major plus point is location though.
This hotel undoubtedly had offered us great hospitality. The manager there is an amazing person! We had a wonderful four night and five days stay through Oyo. The room provided to us had a balcony which overlooked the mountains and the view every morning would be just amazing. The food over there is also very good and the room was clean as well as spacious for three adults. The bathroom was even clean and very well organised .. we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely looking forward to be there again! Thank you sir for making our stay so memorable!
