Gym is really good, trainers are also good, but please pay attention to the basement area, The cable wires are rusted it's feel uneasy to pull, the barbell rod is rusted when removing plates it's feels so difficult compared to top section barbells, also dumbells are rusted the 45lbs especially feels like 55lbs also it's very hot in basement feels suffocating please pay attention to basement area ASAP!!. overall I love this gym.
I am member for last 5 months charges of gym are slightly high but it has both services Cross body gym and AC full cold gym facilities...great machines and good and respectful trainers like Ganesh..do Huge parking spaces available and also Zumba dance classes section available in gym
Gym is big equipments are more than enough good administrator on right location I am working out from 3 month only air conditioner is not working properly. I don't know why but they don't have toilet seat on the toilet commode...
The gym is well equipped, and Spacious. Has 2 levels, ac and non-ac. Equipments are well maintained. Instructors are knowledgeable. Recommended.
So far this is my favourite gym out of all the ones I've been to. It's super spacious, there is enough equipment that you never really have to share with anyone - and if you do it's at most one other person. Trainers and other facilities are good as well. The gym environment is superb. It's been a wonderful 4 months and going on. You get positive vibes full of energy and motivation for your workout. The trainers boost your motivation to get you done your workout. There have been times I have entered the gym low of energy and returned with full energy and new spark. Coming to hygiene it's well maintained with periodic sanitization and clean washrooms. Along with the clean surrounding the machines are also clean. The fees are also reasonable and best around the area. Highly recommended
Ganesh is a trainer who is friendly and pushesh you at the same time to achieve goals. The gym is very spacious and can handle crowd. You get 2 gym access as they have a gym in basement also which is free to use. Good machinery.
The best management ever I have found in the gyms of Goa is, Norberts Porvorim Branch. I would really appreciate the efforts taken by Mr.Rohit and well supported by their trainers, Mr.Laxman, Mr.Ganesh and Mr.Sanjay, giving attention to each and every member. Keep up the good work.
