Hate is a very strong word but I will still say that I hated this place. I went there for dinner and the entire experience was just unacceptable. The service was super slow and on top of that the manager was super rude. I'm a American Indian and I have never seen servers speaking like "jaldi khana kha, bill pe kar aur nikal" Literally vulgar roadside third grade people work here. I did not even finish my dinner and still paid the bill because it was too much to tolerate. In anyways the food was not worth as roti came and the sabzi came after 25 mins. I don't remember the name of the manager but he was a very dark and dirty language roadside Gavar.
Hotel rooms are very good, clean and neat but room service is third class. No napkins or towels kept in the room in adequate numbers, no response to phone calls, no reception, room service, restaurant nos provided in room. Inspite of repeated requests no response from housekeeping.
Nice hotel for stay under 4k to 5k per night... Spacious rooms and nice buffet menu at restaurant. Good service as well...
Enquired for banquet hall booking & also checked rooms, rooms are really good but rates are on higher side. Close to 4k - 5k. Banquet hall is very good in size which is I think on the top floor.
Pathetic House keeping. Shower gel dispenser didn't work and wasn't replaced inspite of complaint and strawberry flavour shower gel in a business hotel. Room was partly made when we came back next day. No hot water in morning and again having to leave early, all had to take cold bath. Pathetic

This is Worst hotel, i have never ever seen before like this , Ac is not working. Same concern, this is third time in the row in last few months. My suggestion is kindly refer another hotel.
