The restaurant might not look fancy, with high-quality crockery and so on, but the food they serve is absolutely amazing. I ordered one chicken masala and one tandoori roti as a takeaway. They served it with one big piece of chicken, which was sufficient for one person (two if you've got a limited diet). The chicken masala was really tasty, and I can still feel the taste of the gravy. The tandoor roti too was authentic, large-sized ones. It is easy to spot, and you might see a huge rush in the evening.

foodies must visit this place, it is a lifetime experience one can have. must order "unani chicken". the breads are UPS. try malai tandoori instead of red regular.

Very nice place. I visited in morning at 6-30 AM for breakfast of paya and tandoori roti. It was delicious. The taste is traditional. Very balanced in spices as well as salt. Really good experience.

Currently, sophisticated restaurants draw more customers. But non-vage lovers would enjoy this place the most. Just try Paya, and you'll adore it.

This is the place if you love traditional islamic taste of non veg. You will love like anything specially the bhaji-gosht. You will ended up licking your fingers. It's not the premium looking restaurant but taste is definitely premium.

The best "Paya" and Tandoori you can have in the morning. The taste of the dish is absolutely awesome. The portion is really good, one full plate is enough for 2-3 people and you can also get additional soup on top of it free of charge. I would say in you are living in the old city or visiting Ahmedabad for the first time than you must try this early morning around 6:30 AM. Put this in your bucket list all you foodies.
