Amazing place. The owners and the care takers of the place were just amazing. They helped us with all our requirements. The place was perfectly clean and the view it had was just amazing. It was a beautiful place surrounded by the nature at its best. Would definitely recommend this place to other people.

The place is calm and little inside from the main road. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Good place to stay. Owner stays in Bangalore. At the time of check in, you need to pay full amount. The care taker is no good. He is very rude. He knows only malayalam. He won't even make tea or coffee. Had asked for a guide. Owner gave a number. I had called the guide twice. He never came. So I followed travelogues in net. There are no near by restaurants or food stalls. You need to either carry food or eat and go to this place. Parking is in open plot next to the apartment without any gate. It is good option if you are looking for a decent stay without food. Later I came to know there are other good home stay options in Waynad.

the owner was to rude & negligent in responding, though the place is good the priority is only money, quite expensive as compared to other homestays, wyanad has more good homestays which has best facilities, not so good place to choose.
