Totally disappointed with the food and service. This restaurant is situated in between two Zam Zam restaurants in Palayam. So accidentally entered here thinking that it is Zam Zam. The restaurant was completely empty at 10PM. We ordered American Chopsuey and Shawaya. Both dishes disappointed us. The quarter Shawarma quantity was very less. Taste wise also it was not that good. We will not recommend this place to anyone.
This is in between the two zam zam in Palayam. Both the zam zam were crowded so we decided to dine here. The first thing you notice is that this place has only a few customers even though it has enough seating space. We ordered the Dragon Chicken, Fried Rice, Butter Chicken and an ice cream. The food was decent but a bit pricey. The butter chicken was okay. The dragon chicken was good. Fried rice was a bit dull. And the ice cream was bad. It is pretty okay, but since zam zam is next to it, they need to up their food taste and quality.
I ordered alfaham take away and it was the worst alfaham I have ever seen in my life... The meat was totally burned and chicken used was too old and I think it is cooked in multiple times and reheated just before packing as the meat smells bad and dry.....totally disappointed with the food... Sware I won't go there and won't let any of my friends to go there..
Worst food I had in recent times. We ordred hyderabadi biryani and alfaham thru Zomato. We got stomach ache and vomiting after having it. Looks like food was old, they just reheated and gave. Horrible experience!
Food was tasty but the arrangements are not that much impressive. Please do not let your customers to ask you for taking orders. Repair AC on the first floor or do some arrangements. In this summer time it is very difficult to sit and have food in a closed room without AC. Except these issues I did not felt anything bad. Clear all these issues ASAP and then this will be a better restaurant in Kollam Bypass. Best of luck.
Ordered Alfaham, food was more dry and didn't feel that juiciness of chicken, even the cooked food lost its identity taste because of dryness. Be careful, if the nearby shop gets little busy, ready to sacrifice taste here.
Worst food. No taste or texture. A boy took order while I was parking the car. By mistake I bought parcel from Noor Mahal thinking it was Zam Zam. Please I request everyone to never buy anything from this restaurant. Doesn't deserve even one star.
Utter waste. Ordered a beef fry and received beef chewed in onion. Shared my compliant with reception and tamil annachi shakes his head and went away . Also food is costly. Not at all recommended.
