Improper service. Attendents Doesn't know how to talk to customer. Damaged my new handset and now saying I have done. Without checking telling anything to customer. It's like once u go here u will be coming with your product again and again. Just charging people anyhow without proper service. For any problem they will just say it's battery problem.
I had given my Nokia 6 mobile due to network problem to this centre.They couldn't solve the issue and on top of that they damaged the display which I replaced few days back ,saying that my phone display is not genuine part and it happens to many devices.They kept my mobile in their custody for a week time.When I questioned them, their communication was so irresponsible. My simple question is that is it their responsibility to give my devise back in the given condition and why they opened the device knowing the risk and without informing customer? To be honest, if your any device get problem better get it done outside unless there is warrenty .
I agree with all other reviews. The behaivior of staff is pathetic. Lack of basic technical knowledge. Behavior from staff is so lathargic, that you can get a feel from their talk that they dont want you to use their services.
These guys were hilarious. I've been there to service my nokia 6.1 plus charging port. They told me like it'll cost 2,500 stating that board is complaint while I knew it's a small chip with port. I knew that that item costs ~250. I don't know on what basis they calculated the amount. Anyway I got it serviced from cellular world in market complex for ~500 rupees.
A very poor care center - the staff don't seem to know what they are doing and I wasted an entire day going back and forth and they should have just told me their system was down.

Worst place to give mobile phone for repair ......for just to check the problem they take 2days ...after that also they need more time to find the problem in it ...senior management need to see in this kind of things
