Absolutely worst service, these people just make excuses to make money, do not solve problems on top of it will try to manipulate and deny the service which they should provide when the phone is in warranty period. For a software issue they say 16k when clearly that thing is under warranty and giving al sorts of lame excuses that the phone is bend by 0.5mm
They are authorised service for Nokia, Huawei, lenova, real me smart phones.. This place is always crowded.. I had visited thrice this place and had to wait for more half an hour for my turn.. Mornings and evenings will be too crowded as per my visit experience.. Staff here are was friendly and soft spoken but they denied the service of my basic nokia phone with warranty .. That disappointed me :(

This is an authorised centre handling not just Nokia brand phones, they take other brands like OnePlus Nothing Realme as well.. 3 staffs handle query in front desk and fortunately there was no queue or crowd when I visited 2 weeks back during afternoon and the Nokia phone of my brother was under warranty period 1 yr with invoice or bill copy shown, they accepted it for service that took 10 days as informed to get phone fixed (battery issue).
A fix which takes 100 rupees to fix these individuals will charge 1000 rupees for it
