Too much walk ( approx a km). Can easily (very) find way far better rooms in the price range. Plenty of cockroaches, insects and mosquitos. Dirty bedsheets etc. My 3k/month rented place is a lot cleaner than this hotel. I strongly recommend not to choose until getting a good price ( less than 800Rs - 700Rs)
