If you want to get a local experience with the nicest people of Allapey this is the place. They will take care of you and arrange everything for you to get the perfect Holliday. Beach it's 10 m from the house.

I found this place on Google Maps and called Noel to know more details. Noel was friendly and approachable from the first call, in answering all my doubts and giving food and drinks options, and even accomodating a last-minute date change.
The room was neat and clean, with a private balcony and sea view. The place is in walkable distance from the beach. You can arrange food with Noel, or order through Swiggy/Zomato.
Overall good experience. Will visit again.
Rooms were super clean. And the owner is super friendly they provide us kerala authentic food which was made by owner aunty is superb. And Noel owner is very helpful he arranges all the things on a call in just five minute. Love to visit again. And resort is very neat yo beach.
Wonderful guesthouse. Located just 20 meters from the sea. Large and clean room with a great view on the beach from the balcony. Very positive and friendly hosts. Always ready to help with any question. And very tasty food. I recommend everyone to stay here.
This is a wonderful homestay in Alappuzha. Located seconds from the beach and with easy access by auto rickshaw to all locations in Alleppey. Most importantly it is run by the most kind and friendly family. Noel is an incredible guide to all things in Alleppey. We stayed there with our two kids (8 and 11) and this was their favorite place to stay in all of the places we stayed in Kerala. The food was also incredible. Highly Recommend.
The stay was pleasant. The rooms are neat. The balcony view was highlight. Noel and his family are very friendly. If you are going to Alleppey for the first time, then Noel's beach homestay is the best choice. Noel guides through everything you need.

It is a very good homestay at awsome location. Just 50 meters away from the sea beach. Very good and helpful host family.
They have good parking space. Room size is not big, but suffcient for a small family (2 adults and 1 or 2 kids). If needed they can provide extra bed. From room, one can enjoy the beach view, breeze and the sea sound.
If we will revisit Aleppeye, we will difnitely look for this homstay again to stay and enjoy with the host family.
It can be added in one of the place as attraction in alleppey . You must stay at this place when you come for Alappuzha travel. The service is like a 5 star hotel.

Lovely family. Attentive and helpful. We had our flight cancelled and they returned us our money of the night we couldn't stay. They suggested/organised a canoe trip through the backwaters which was deliciously beautiful and cheap.
