Very rude staff.. delivery of medicine in 5-6 hours of ordering.. never deliver on the given expected time..not sending proper change against the cash payment.Their BAD Attitude.. will not Recommend to anyone even at the moment of emergency
Awful service. Called to place order. A rude uncultured staff took the call and after hearing the name of the first product said it's not there and when I asked for alternative he cut the call. I called back and asked him why he did the same. He replied what you wanted wasn't there. When I told him it was one of the things I wanted you didn't wait for me to tell the rest. Instead of being apologetic he was nasty saying it's rush hour I don't have time to waste, aur kya chahiye bolo. I told him he was being rude. He was least bothered and cut the call. Such awful behaviour. Wouldn't recommend anyone to this store

Had a bad experience today at this outlet. Felt humiliated on being treated like a shoplifter. The small 180 sq ft outlet has numerous CC TV cameras and atleast four people at the counter. However, now they have posted a bouncer kind of guy to have additional vigil on customers. The guy literally stalked me from point to point following me at every step. It was so harrowing that I had to speak to the front desk to explain that normally customers do not go to pharmacies to shoplift!!! And I am supposed to be a loyal customer ever since the shop opened as this is the pharmacy located adjacent to my building!!! Would not recommend to anyone to visit this store unless its an emergency.
Extremely delayed deliveries. Called to ask where is the delivery. Been over an hour not recieved, they had not even sent it. Waste of time!
Pathetic service. They never deliver on time. Minimum delivery time @ 2 hours. Had a bitter not once but 3 times.Have complained to the head office also, still no improvement. Order at your own risk.
I've been ordering from here from very long and been a regular and the service was fine initially. Recently they say that they have centralized call and whatsapp support services and since then their quality of service dropped. Despite of asking for next day delivery, they will deliver in the late night. Despite asking for early delivery they deliver late in that case. Despite asking to not ring the bell as I have aged patient in my house in order to not break their sleep, the delivery will come late night and sometimes in the middle of the night even asking to deliver in the next morning. I've also received wrong medicines as well several times. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Complained many time but still no improvements. Big No from my side.
