I had a disappointing experience at the hospital. The reception was poor, and there were unnecessary requests for medications from their medical pharmacist. The admission process was also problematic. Moreover, if you come here through a referral, there's a risk of your experience being unpleasant, suchthey will let you to move here and there very much times.These issues need attention to improve overall service quality. Will not recommended here,please don't go for here positive review it is very bad hospital.

Was simply amazed by kind of care and health services provided by the hospital. Specially the Director, Ms. Padma Mishra ma'am used to take rounds everyday keeping in check that all the patients are taken care of properly. Doctors were really good, ready to answer every query and even the nursing staff was very cooperative. Would like to mention Sumit, Mukesh and Deepika from nursing staff for their special attention given to my Dad when he was admitted.

Ajeeb hospital hai. I went on 3rd floor in lift but they don't allow even patients to use lift for going to ground floor and they have disabled the down button. I suffer from dizziness and I was forced to walk to ground floor from 3rd floor. Hospital should b held liable if someone faints n collapses. Will file formal complaint with MP health department
this is the best hospital in Bhopal here's All facility are good and you know that it's multi-specialty hospital so you can do All type treatment in this hospital and here's doctors and nurses very helpful and co-operative. and this is very clean and clear hospital and there is parking lot available for bikes and cars and here's is ambulance available for 24 hours
The food canteen is closed at 10:00 in the night this is a little convenient as there is nothing else around for food and drink, the rest of the cleanliness, the doctors and staff are all very nice
