Noble Hospital Annexe - Hospital in Pune - Pune, India

Noble Hospital Annex is poorly managed. Very pathetic situation when patient want to go for CT Scan/MRI/USG when he is in critical condition. I admitted my mother in emergency ward first and then moved to Annex as per CGHS policy. I never seen the face of senior Dr. Whatkar visited in three days of situation. Only junior doctor are visiting and they have poor understanding about future course of treatment. Therefore I suggest say no to Annex. I request management to improve services, ask doctors to visit daily.

I had admitted my mother for dialysis very worse experience. Money minded people , technicians and people in reception were also good only the problem is management. Compared to other dialysis centre much costly with zero facilities. They behave like as we are doing it for free. If you are looking for dialysis centre where you really want your patient to get treated well please don't go to noble hospital rather kohkade hospital in kharadi bypass is good. NOT A SINGLE DOCTOR COME FOR VISIT DURING DIALYSIS. ZERO RECOMMENDATION for noble hospital annexe dialysis department.

Paid covid vaccine centre. Inefficient functioning, no maintenance of Covid protocol. Expect delay of 5 to 6 hours from slot booked at Cowin. Charges, Rs 900 for Civieshield.

This annex hospital seems to be specially arranged for CGHS people. Expert doctors assigned to patients are not giving dedicated time to check in timely manner. Beds are not specifically segregated between general and semi private section. No place is available for kins of patients to rest and sleep. Medical staff is not proactive in terms of service and initiating decision. Washroom in reception area is not clean whatsoever. Dogs inside hospital area barks often at people. Specialist doctors are very limited. Hence treatment gets delayed and their Consultation only requested when patient moves to ICU. I request the hosiptal authorities to look at these points on urgency and take necessary actions to make things better.

Expect a standard delay of 4-5 Hrs even after vaccination Slot is booked. Great example of mis management. No proper guidance, No water or sanitization arrangements. Social distancing is Zero. No Co-ordination between them.. Writing every thing on paper and passing here and there with no tracebility or sequencing. 1260 Inr for a Dose but Zero value. Hospital management should learn to manage the process with utmost care and transparency.. Take the appointment only if no other appointments or slots available anywhere.. Not recommended.. For 2 hours of work be ready to apply for full day leave. Vaccination staff is good.

Good Hospital, I visited for vaccination. Covaxin was administered in this hospital while Covishield was at Noble Hospital Annex, adjacent to it. Like many, I too arrived first at Noble Hospital by mistake, parked my car (). Then with guidance walked to this "Annex" hospital. I felt the process for registration at hospital security and payment was a bit slow. But much better than Care Multi-speciality Wagholi, where I got first Covaxin dose. Here they accept Card, GPay, Cash for vaccine payment. Staff were courteous and we're smiling to help. I liked it overall. Total process was finished within 20 minutes for vaccination, waiting time was extra.

Went for vaccination at May 23, Sunday. Pathetic experience overall. Had to stand on footpath in the sun for 45 minutes to get my name noted down even when I had a booked appointment. My slot was 10-12 but I had to wait for 4 hours before my turn came!! I got the jab at 2.15 pm. No social distancing, no arrangement for waiting/sitting. Only 50 people could sit. Rest had to sit on floor or where ever they could find space. No arrangement for drinking water. Only gaurds were managing the line there was no admin available. When inside the vaccination center, billing took 10-15 mins minimum (don't know what took so much time). Unhelpful accounting staff. I paid 900 for the vaccine and wasted 5 hours. Think twice before going here. Try for other centers.

My Mother was admitted in this hospital for the covid treatment. The doctors and nurses and the staff are very cooperative and they took good care of my mother, because of their care and support my mother has come back home smiling. The treatment given was very much perfect and cost effective.we didn't find anything unnecessary medicine or test done. Thank you all for the care and support God bless you all
