On my first trip I am very much impressed with this hotel but during my second visit I just lost all my impression. They increased the price by a huge margin. Offered a double room with AC , but finally understood the AC was not working and they said that they don't have a provision to change the price. So not recommending to anyone after this. Also the location is very remote.

I initially had a room booked for my stay, but unexpected changes in my plans forced me to cancel. To my surprise, they not only understood my situation but also provided a refund for the advance booking - a gesture that goes above and beyond the usual hotel policies. This level of care and consideration has definitely won me over as a loyal customer. I'm looking forward to my next stay at Noah's Ark and can't wait to experience their top-notch hospitality once again!
Good stay with reasonable pricing. Prompt services and general upkeep of the property really increases the value of the stay. Definitely recommended.
Neat rooms, affordable price and good staffs. Only problem was hot water. Think they use solar heaters and since it was rainy when I went heater was not useful

Good to prefer for people who visits for official purpose to Ernamkulam.Rooms are quite good with AC/Non-AC facilities. We can avail paying guest kind of option as well. No pantry service but online food delivery services are allowed. Only problem I found is with Water Heater, it is Solar and it was not working during my visit due to incessant rains. They should have done some alternative. Visitors can avail 24/7 check-in when you book directly.
We stayed here for a night as we were on a journey . Room was small but bed was comfortable. Hot water was available. Only negative was the mosquitoes in the room . Staff was supportive. Checkin and checkout was effortless.
Decent homestay with basic facilities provided at a reasonable price. Pros of the hotel are - privacy, cleanliness, kind staff and comfort. Cons are - 1. location: situated very far from Kochi which has main tourist destinations 2. facilities: only one towel provided for two people, no drinking water inside the room and small space.

Chip and best room's, and near Ernakulam town Railway station, and Motro Station. But some time not clean. Single and double bed room's available any time.

Excellent service. Called them for RT PCR test related to travel. They were very prompt in coming home. Received the reports within 24 hours. Home delivered reports as well. No follow up required. Overall very happy with their service.
