NMC Superspeciality Hospital - Private hospital in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

Such a pathetic scenario, government hospitals, school are still better organized. Covid era and people are just not cautious neither are the arrangements. No social distancing. Hospital spreading diseases!! Government should take action

Hospital is located in sector 30, Noida and can be easily located. I got my second dose of covishield here. Vaccination drive is done by max hospital. It was an easy process. Get ur name listed in a paper n at ur number, u will be called for verification, get ur bill paid n get vaccinated. Only one billing counter is there which makes u wait in queue n the only time taking process here.

My parents had a scheduled vaccination between 1:30PM to 3:30 PM but when we reached there during the time window, vaccination staff was out for lunch and had to wait for more than 30 mins and there is no observation room nor given any guidance. After asking for observation area, they said noting specific, you may wait in reception area if want. MAX hospital is running their camp here for vaccination.

Worst treatment, my mum was given med for gallbladder while treatment of Sugar and guess what, it was already removed couple of years ago. Even after treatment for 5 days we did not got any results all we got was a long bill above 90K, eventually i had to take her to a hospital in Delhi. I just want to make people aware about what sort of work this hospital does. Initially i admitted my mum coz of constipation and vomiting, and ended with a seizure attack. About the bill, a med that costs only rs 55 was charged for rs 171, cotton for almost rs 900 and many more things like these.

Hospital has been shut off since last 5-6 months and they have not updated the maps as closed. I was sick and had to walk almost 1km since it was showing open, and got to know it was close.

My actual rating is 4.5 . I got the chance to go there for a cardiac related test. finds the hospital neat and clean , staff well behaved and co operative , toilets were clean , they have pathology , CT scan and so many tests inside. also have emergency handling , have OPD for most almost all of deceases. Have proper parking place just adjacent to hospital , medicine shop inside . They claim to have free OPD for poor people.

The staff is very kind and helpful, also the TPA team is super active. The Dr (s) are well experienced. I've had 2 kids delivered here n my while family looks up to this hospital as the best till now. Not like a hotel (Fortis) but like a actual hospital.

Nurse staff seem illiterate. I went for a wound dressing. The wound was bleeding and the nurse didn't even bother to clean the wound before applying ointment on it. Ointment she used was so less in quantity that it didn't even cover the complete wound. I told her to do it properly but she didn't bother to listen to me. she dressed the wound so tightly that it caused more pain to me. On complaining that it is painful she told me to remove the dressing after I am out from hospital. highly disappointing. I was continuously telling her that it is hurting on which she kept on saying "dont lie". i mean why would i lie, i am not a kid. Just making money. They don't care for patients
