They have a decent bar and good pool table. I would say they can definitely improve by making the first floor indoor bar a little bit more active with music. Also the rooftop bar feels a bit more closed off with the plants covering the view of the city and natural light. The food was really good.

Very accommodating staff. Clean AC rooms. Wonderful restaurants with a large variety of food and beverages. Contrary to previous reviews, the portions are very large and on several occasions we were unable to finish our meals. I recommend it for a large group as well as for a small group or for couples.

Two different situations: 1. I had ordered food from their restaurant to my office and paid the billed amount via Google Pay in advance. But when I received the bill delivered along with the food, it was noted that an item was billed for Rs500 extra which we have not ordered. I have raised a complaint and they assured the amount will be refunded. But even after 2 months of repeated follow ups, till date the refund is not credited. 2. Had visited the restaurant with my family for casual lunch. Even though there was not much rush, the staff was poor in handling the orders, waiting time after order was around 40 minutes for just 2 chicken biriyanis. The food was also average compared to other restaurants in and around Kochi

Our first day stay was welcomed by Hotel staff Mr Nirmal John. He is warm, friendly and was very much accommodating to all our requests and needs. Throughout the stay, he was very helpful, went above his call of duty for us and we are very grateful to him. Our stay was made pleasant because of Mr Nirmal John. Room was fairly big. Cleanliness could be improved as some towel and bedsheets were slightly dirty. Food was average as it was inconsistent in taste. All staff were friendly. overall review rating 7/10 and would stay here again!

We,a group of 18 went to their restaurant for lunch with pre-booking.. The menu is good ,out of which grills will be available only during dinner. The taste of the food is good. But portion size is low compared to high rates.. The biggest issue was non-functioning of AC in the restaurant..When we asked about the issue, the restaurant staff told that AC is working properly.. We had to sit in a very hot atmosphere,literally sweating and finished our food ..Some dishes which were ordered at the beginning reached us at the end after reminding..

We went to the restaurant as a family. We had mixed noodles, mixed fried rice, phulka and pepper chicken masala. All the dishes were really good, tasty and mouth watering. Finally we had lemon tea. There is an ample car parking facility also.

This time I went to attend a birthday party which was conducted on their mini durbar hall.. The seating capacity is 50 person's... Averall nice and food was also really tasty...
