NM Food World - Kerala restaurant in Ernakulam, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

I visited this restaurant half heartedly after seeing the reviews as I didn't have much options. Another hotel I visited was too crowded and I was in short of time and new to the place. Ambiance was dull at first sight and seats were empty. I chose Chicken Biriyani among usual lunch verities and lime soda. Quantity was enough but the quality was bad, not tasty. Highly priced comparing the quality and ambiance. Waiters seemed to be alienated and service was not up to the mark. They have a vegetarian section also.

They have a lot of options in food but the quality and taste was not that great Even the ambience was dull I just visited this place at night and all the seats are vacant and the staffs are not attentive to us they just act like it is not important to them

Took the horrible decision to book Onam Sandhya at this place. Even though we booked in advance, the place was not set up properly. We were made to sit in a alley which was very hot. And now comes the horrible part of serving. There was no proper servers. Only two people to serve and they had no clue how to handle the situation. The service was very bad and slow and ruined the whole Onam Celebration experience. I cannot describe how bad the situation was. The food was good, but disappointed that they take these things lightly.

Its one of your best restaurant choices in Tripunithura. This hotel has a dedicated and separate veg and non veg sections. On the right side building you will get only veg food and on the left side building you will get both. Food served here is tasty and delivious. There are some limited seats in the open air too. Ample car parking space available

We ordered 3 "ghee rice " on 25/08/23 night, but it was not a ghee rice at all. They are using some other oils or dalda and the rice is long rice. We informed the supplier the issue. The supplier staff's attitude was so rude and i talked with some management staff. He did not gave any satisfactory response. They gave the bill in a bad way

I have been to a family get together in their auditorium. The food was very good. Service was Ok. Maintenance of the packing area and amenities are ok. There was a lot of plastic in the parking ground.

Had chicken biryani, veg fried rice, chilly prawns, and chapattis. Food quality is good but the price is high when compared with the quantity served. Service is good. The place needs renovation as it looks very odd now.

Today we have visited this restaurant second In gap of 3 months. Food quality is decreased. We have ordered butter Nan with Paneer Butter masala. They have served really worst quality of nan. If you are hungry and looking for good appetite I suggest you to refine going for dinner as you will not get fresh food at dinner time.
