In a moment of crisis, I found myself in their emergency department and was subsequently admitted to their care. The staff demonstrated unwavering support and generosity. Their care led to rapid improvements in my health, and it felt like being part of a compassionate family. NKS Hospital is a place where excellence in patient care is evident, and I'm profoundly grateful for their outstanding service., and it felt like they were there not just as healthcare professionals but as a compassionate and understanding family. .

Except DR.U.N Shahi rest is worst. An ICU means to treat the critical diseases.but they dont have basic facilities available on sunday like ULTRA SOUND,XRAY REPORTS AND BASIC BLOOD TEST bit they are higher than Ganga Ram and Apollo hospital.I have to choose only due to Dr.U.N Shahi as he is the best doctor I came to know. So if your patient is critical dont choose this. In ICU the staffs are busy in having rather than observing the paitent.

Definitely one of the pathetic hospital services offered so far. Fellow patients who were admitted before my mother were already complaining either about the doctor incharge as he/she did not make visits (just done twice) but they were charged for 5 visits. I wanted to discharge my mom and they quoted 2-2:30 PM as the doctor visit time & we had to wait for another 2-3 hours on top of it. Most of the staff literally has no manners while talking and the way they talk makes everyone feel as if we owe them money. Guards on duty are like next level. Every time you roam or go down to get something he will stop you and question "where are you going"? The reason for them being so skeptical is because as per what I heard a lot of patient flung away making no payment at all but that shouldn't make you judge the other patients. Food served is just pathetic. Bed sheet had two cuts of being torn. Ceiling was leaking don't know why. Trust me !! I am not saying this just to fuel things up but just for the audience who definitely want their family members to be treated well but this behaviour and staff with low empathy/sympathy won't be here !!

I think the all faculty of this hospital are moneny minded .I was went 3 time and feel more disappointed all time.even doctor refer to unwanted test only for money those test not releted to patients all for only money and they always try to admit patient for making money even he come with minor problem .I recommend to all you should go a government hospital others then hospital there you get more good service comparisbly nks.

Excellent nursing staff: Sahil and Riya. I don't know the name of others. Cleaning staff Vijay and a lady ( don't know her name). Doctor Shahi and his team provided the best treatment and lastly I would like to thank Sadhana (coordinator) for listening to my issues and resolved them at the earliest. The only issue was the kitchen staff and their functioning. I was waiting for feedback form but no coordinator was there when I got discharged. Thanks for all your efforts!!

This is the worst hospital in delhi, my grand father had heart attack and they didn't even inform us, he has diabetes and they were giving high level of glucose so that they can show us that he is having high sugar level and can keep him for longer period of time for their greed for money. Fortunately he is safe now. "Gabbar is back" movie is inspired by these kind of hospitals. DO NOT GET TRAPPED on the basis of 4.5 star rating they are definitely paid reviews.

Dr Shahi is very good he performed very good treatment / Dr Ankush is also good / Canteen service is very good / Laundary services are poor / Amit Sharma and Rupali as nrsiNg sttaaph perform very bad , their behaviour is not professional / caretaker service Priyanka is also poor 2nd floor TL behaviour is not satisfactory
