worst experience that I ever had . Poor time management Bad seat comfort . Excess passengers than limit . Everything was a fault.

Staff behavior good. Seat comfort good but foot rest by default it was up so could not land our leg on floor and adjustment gear for foot rest also not worked.. Did not reach the destination on time. They asked us to go to another bus from tuticorin to Tiruchendur so it is horrible when we switch over with luggage @ early morning...
Service is very bad, booked ticket from Coimbatore - Nagercoil the seats were in bad condition, all the pushback was on all the while. Not clean. TN Govt buses are far better for this price range. Not Recommendable.
Its very discomfort to travel in this bus . In my seat its full of bed bugs it bites me the whole night .The maintenance is very poor
When I called them, they said bus go to tirunelveli new bus stand. But bus didn't go there. They dropped me in vannarpettai. worst service.

Worst travels ever .On 22 august we booked 2 ticket coimbatore to vallioor at 9.30 pm.We reached the boarding point by 9.00 pm.We received a call from bus driver telling bus will be bit late for about 15 min.Even aftr 10.30 bus didnt come to our boardimg point.Later when we shouted at them they said they took 2 other person instead of us.How dare they do that .They aldo switch off their mobiles .At 11.15 we didnt have any option even aftr waiting for 2.15 hrs.Never book ticket on NJK TRAVELZ THEY ARE SUCH A CHEATERS
